- Perform breakdown test and determine the dielectric strength of transformer oil & Conduct acidity test on transformer oil.
- Conduct acidity test on transformer oil
- Test the timing characteristic of timing thermal Over load relay
- Write and test the control circuit for jogging in cage motor
- Write and test the control circuit for Semi automatic Star Delta Starter
- Write and test the control circuit for automatic Star Delta Starter
- Write and test the control circuit for dynamic breaking of cage motor
- Write and test the control circuit for two speed pole changing motor
- Write and test the control circuit for automatic Rotor resistance Starter
- Conduct test on Speed control of DC motor using SCR
- Test the working of Single phase preventer
- Wire and test the DOL Starter using PLC
- Wire and test the Star-Delta Starter using PLC
- Wire and test the control circuit for jogging, forward and reverse operations using PLC
- Wire and test the Single phase preventer using PLC
- Testing of 25KVA, 11KV/400V distribution transformer- Voltage test, Continuity test, Short circuit test
- Dismantling and re – assembling of 25KVA, 11KV/400V distributing transformer
- Develop & execute the ladder logic diagram in PLC for 3 stage lift operation.
- Wire and test the sequential operation of solenoid valve and a motor for tank filling operation using PLC.
- Develop and execute the ladder logic to interface PLC with conveyor model for counting the object moving in the conveyer
