Description

This advanced digital data logger is designed to acquire and monitor essential electrical and mechanical parameters of an Electric Vehicle (EV) setup. It includes a communication output via RS485 and CAN, allowing seamless integration with external systems for further development, such as AI-based control systems.

  • Display Unit : A 7-inch LED display with 800 × 480 resolution and 24-bit true color is provided. Real-time display of key parameters, including:
  • Electrical Parameters -Battery SOC (State of Charge) ,Battery Voltage, Current, Power, Battery Capacity , Individual Cell Voltages (up to 19 cells), Motor , Current, and Power,
  • Mechanical Parameters : Motor speed in RPM , Wheel speed in RPM and Vehicle Speed in KMPH
  • Other Parameters : Battery internal Temperature , Vibration and Tire Pressure etc
    • Drive Cycle Implementation: Supports user-defined drive cycles through profile data or images.
    • Enables external mode speed control via the digital controller.

    CAN BUS Analyzer

    The CAN BUS Analyzer Tool is a simple to use CAN bus monitor which can be used to develop and debug a high speed CAN network. The tool supports CAN 2.0a, CAN 2.0b and a broad range of functions which allow it to be used across various market segments including automotive, industrial, medical and marine. The toolkit comes with all the hardware and software required to connect a CAN network to a PC. The Graphical User Interface makes it easy to quickly observe and interpret bus traffic.
