Motor -Protection Simulator using MICOM RELAY (PPS-26)

Description

This set is designed to study the working procedure of Numerical motor protection relay (MICOM RELAY).this set up consists of

  • Motor Protection Relay
  • Panel with Meter arrangements
  • 3 Phase ac motor with load set up
  • 3Phase Variac-10A ( Unbalance , single phasing simulation)

Powder coated M.S Panel with diagram stickered front panel provided for motor protection relay housing and other instruments fixing ( like Meter , ct & pt etc) . it consists of

  • Three number of 5/1 A CT is provided for relay CT input
  • Three number of 440/110V PT is provided for relay PT input
  • One number of three phase Autotransformer with individual phase voltage control for Unbalance fault creation
  • Three numbers of Digital Ammeter is provided for motor current measurement
  • Three numbers of digital Voltmeter is provided for motor input Voltage measurement
  • One number of digital Multifunction meter is  provided for motor input parameter measurement like current, voltage , frequency , power , P.F, etc
  • One number of short circuit Fault simulation circuit with short circuit resistor is provided
  • necessary breaket with reset switch is provided
  • One number of digital speed indicator is provided for motor speed measurement in Rpm
  • Digital stop clock with stop, start & reset switch is provided for trip time measurements
  • All are mounted on a nice cabinet with necessary Power ON MCB & indications and Fuses
