Description
This trainer is designed to study the V I characteristics (STATIC characteristics) of SCR, TRIAC & MOSFET and IGBT. This trainer consists of
- One number of MOSFET (IRF840)with heat-sink is provided for characteristics measurements
- One number of IGBT (IRGBC20S)with heat-sink is provided for characteristics measurements
- One number of SCR (TYN612) with heat-sink is provided for characteristics measurements
- One number of TRIAC(BTA12) with heat-sink is provided for characteristics measurements
- One number of variable dc power supply0-30v@1Amp is provided for device inputs
- One number of variable dc power supply 1.5v-30v@1Amp is provided for device gate circuit inputs
- One number of power resistor is provided as fixed Load with terminations
- All necessary test points are provided for external patching
- All are mounted on a nice cabinet with sticker front panel with mimic diagram
- 230VAC input with power ON/OFF Switch
- 3 numbers of Digital Multi meter (MASTECH/MECO) is provided
