Description
The Cascaded Multilevel Inverter is available in the following different configurations with 1 to 3 kva ratings. This power module can be used for AC, /PMSM Motor application by proper external PWM controller interfacing (like , FPGA & DSP).
Configuration available
- single phase -3 or 5 or 7 or 9 or 12 Level Cascaded H bridge -MLI Power Circuit
- Three phase -3 or 5 or 7 or 9 or 12 Level Cascaded H bridge -MLI Power Circuit
- 5/6 Phase -3 or 5 or 7 or 9 or 12 Level Cascaded H bridge -MLI Power Circuit

Multiple qty of the above IGBT power circuits are used as H-bridges in MLI systems, depending on the configuration
